Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThere are a lot of things “wrong” with this establishment.First, they wear gloves all the time, which would be fine, but they do NOT change them between clients!! They move from one client’s feet to another’s hands wearing the same gloves. That’s disgusting!!!I can’t believe they would pass a state inspection wearing gloves to work on feet and then “cleaning” nail utensils. That should have been when I ran.I saw a lot of reviews giving kudos for the value of service for the price. Ridiculous.If you want ANY massage with your so called “pedicure”, forget it. It doesn’t happen. No exfoliation gel, nothing.You will get your feet soaked, nails trimmed, and a squirt of cheap lotion smeared on your feet before the gentlemen makes a half hearted attempt to paint “most” of your nail. It is obvious even from a distance that the nail is only ” kinda” painted.I felt like I was nothing more than a bother to both owners while I was there and couldn’t wait to leave.Not that I had to wait long, my whole experience was about a half hour. Yea, for a so called pedicure, half hour. That should tell you a lot in its self.It was also incredibly uncomfortable listening to the gentleman insisting one of their clients pay with cash, rather than accepting her card. Unreal.
