Alexis,Haley,Dan,and the rest of the staff are amazing,, they care about their customers and always friendly. I’ve never seen anyone get disrespectful or rude with customers nor customers come in and get outta line with them. These guys rock!!!! I only go there to get my hands n feet done. AWESOME!!!!!!

Never going back! I decided to try this nail shop out of sheer convenience and will never do so again. I was the at the shop before they even opened so there was not any waiting. The female tech did my nails. One of the nails was cracked/had an imperfection and she did not offer to fix it. I will say that she didn’t notice until the end, but that’s no excuse, she should have offered to fix it. I was in a rush so could not stay to get it re-done. Nails lifted after two weeks. I have never had that happen before. I then was able to just peel all of them off. No soaking or nothing. I would never recommend them, and will never return. Not even if they were doing nails for free!!!!!!

3 hours after leaving salon nails still smudged up bad. They thin out the polish and then use 3 coats. What a waste!! Would get better service at a cosmotology school! pedicure is halfway decent. Only good thing is the young lady that did my pedicure is nice and gave a good foot rub. Won’t return though.

I live nearby so I have been going here for about 2 years periodically for convenience. I don’t know if they’ve recently switched managers but all of the staff is new and the quality has gone seriously downhill. My last experiences were horrible. I went last week for a pedi/gel mani. Pedi was fairly normal when polish was applied I looked down and she had failed to paint the whole nail on several toes so the sides of the nail were unpainted. I had to tell her so she could fix. My manicurist was very young and clearly had never done a gel mani before. He didn’t know that I was supposed to put my hands under the UV light immediately after application for curing and I had to keep telling him to turn the machine on so I could. He had to keep asking people to come over and help him with filing and application because he had no clue what to do and there was gel all down my cuticle that had hardened under the light from his sloppy application. It was a mess! The gel was lumpy at the end and another guy had to come and basically fix my all nails hen he finished. Sweet young man but a gel maincure is 30 freaking dollars! For that price I need someone on my nails that knows what the heck they’re doing. It’s a week later and I’ve had a whole nail peel off. My gel mani’s last 3 weeks usually and even then they don’t peel off they just start to look worn. I will never return!!! Ever.I don’t know where the old crew went but they can kiss this 2 year customer goodbye. Customers are paying you for a service, you need QUALIFIED nail techs that know what they’re doing on people’s nails not your teenage son who’s probably out for summer with nothing to do and can’t even operate a UV Gel light. That’s not what we’re paying our hard earned money for!!!

Customer service wasn’t good at all. My first time visiting today and was visiting from out of town The guy was very rough while doing my feet and cut me a little on my baby toe. The lady that took my payment had a attitude and while I was in the process of giving a tip she waved me off while saying “your done bye now” At that point I took my tip back!

LYNN IS THE BEST!! Paul (he’s good also) but won’t do my nails because he says Im To Picky. I just want what I pay for! Been going for 5 years and I have tried at least 2 others in there and their work sucks. I will stick to Lynn, if she’s not there, then I’m just assed out! Also management has changed!
