I definitely had a horrific surprise when I got home and straightened my hair. Completely uneven and 2 different layers. I didn’t notice before I left the salon because my hair was a bit damp and it gets wavy. I was so upset that I had to cancel my plans for the night. No way I was going to go out with my hair looking like that. I couldn’t go back because the salon had already closed. Thanks to Fanny because she did a good job at fixing it. I asked for a refund and was denied. I didn’t think it was fair given the fact that I had to take time out of my Sunday morning to go get it fixed and after fixing it I had to cut it a bit shorter than planned. I had already cut 13 inches off– first time me going this short.

There was an older lady who was extremely rude and had the nerve to snap her fingers as if one was a dog or something. So rude no people skills whatsoever. There is a very nice and good lady that cuts hair there but I will never go back. I will never go back to a place where they have such a rude employee there! Such a turn off. Haircut

My first visit I had a color and cut. When I called I told them that what I was booking for but apparently they overbooked my stylist so she was overwhelmed and I decided not to have her blow dry my hair and I left with a wet head to help her out. However I was not happy with the cut. It was rushed.

I called ahead and asked the lady how much for hair cut and blowdry she stated $26. I didn’t have an appointment did a walk in waited over an hour and ended up paying $63 for just a hair cut and blowdry. What a rip off and outrageously expensive. Got a all over hair color and went from a lighter brown with highlights to a darker brown. The stylest got dye all over My face and it’s not brown at all its black. I could have got the same results with a box dye. There are also pieces that are lighter. I am still trying to get the dye off my skin after 3 days and I scalp is still a different color from how much she put in my hair. Very disappointed

I called this morning and asked to book an appointment for Sunday, for a simple trim, explaining I cut my hair on my own, and made it slightly uneven but not horrible. She then proceeded to ask me my hair texture and if it were curly or straight. I told her a mix between curly, and wavy, but frizzy. She told me they don’t work on that kind of hair, and to book an appointment elsewhere, not even giving me the time of day or explaining why, resulting in her hanging up saying to find another salon to do it. If I could rate 0 stars, I would, because you should be able to provide an explanation, and have courtesy for the customer even if you’re refusing service. It could have been handled more maturely.

I went here the other day to get a perm and I was afraid because it was my first time ever doing anything to my hair besides cutting it. I thought it would be too long and straight to get a proper perm done but it turned out beautifully. Even though it took 6 hours to finish my hair, my hair stylist still made sure it was the best quality perm. By this I mean she did small pieces all throughout my hair even though it would take a long time. She stayed 3 hrs after closing just to make sure it came out right. This salon was also the only place who could fit me in the next day from calling so I really appreciate it. My mother also got her makeup and hair fixed and she turned out beautiful as well. All the stylists were super nice and patient.
