Critical: ProfessionalismIf I could give negative stars I would. Called almost a month in advance to schedule 3 appointments for a massage for a girls weekend. Got there and the lady said no we only have one person working today. There was a man in the waiting room and she said he was her 10:00 appointment. We were also scheduled for 10:00. Said we should call the manager. Called and spoke to the manager who said we could wait and have one massage at 11:00 and wait for her to come in at 12:30 and the other two could have their massage. Said yes and went in to wait as it was already 10:15 since our original massages were supposed to be at 10:00. We sat down and the lady popped out of the room where she was with the man to tell us we couldn’t wait in the spa because we didn’t have on a mask. I pulled out a mask and she told me we still had to leave. We went outside to wait and watched another man enter the spa and he was not asked to leave. At that point we decided to leave because I’m pretty sure I this in not your regular massage parlor and I didn’t really want to give money to that kind of business or have the hands that were doing Lord only knows what to those men touching my body. If I could give negative stars I would. Called almost a month in advance to schedule 3 appointments for a massage for a girls weekend. Got there and the lady said no we only have one person working today. There was a man in the waiting room and she said he was her 10:00 appointment. We were also scheduled for 10:00. When we reentered the spa to wait for the 11:00 appointment the masseuse popped out of the room and told us we couldn’t wait there because we didn’t have masked when we pulled out our masked she still said we couldn’t wait there we needed to go outside. We went out side to wait , after sitting there for awhile we watched another man enter the spa and never come back out. At that time we decided to leave since appears you only get serviced if you are a man.Big disappointment considering this was supposed to be one of the highlights of our girls weekend. Critical: CommunicationFor my wedding anniversary treat, I scheduled a 90 minute couple massage for today, Saturday at 130p. We arrived at the spa early at 110pm, the lady stated that she thought we had cancelled and no one was available at the time. It was bittersweet and disappointing that we couldn’t be accomodate our request for service
