A bit odd as she does sit on you but it feels natural and like she’s holding your hips in place so she can get a deep message. Its like she knows your trouble spots and fixes them. They work hard and actually hit all pressure points, relieve all tension, remove blocks, and work out the kinks in shoulders. I will go back for sure. I needed plenty of water and a nap.
