Very professional body massage from Lily. I’ve had her massages several times. Perfect amount of oil and just the right pressure. They are all very friendly and you pay after you are finished. Technique is excellent also.

She asked me what pressure I wanted and was able to adjust as needed. I did the 1/2 hour body/half hour foot massage. The room was comfortable, private and the table was heated which was very nice. Yoyo has been in the US for 8 years so her communication was better than many I have hired in the past. Not perfect by any means but we could talk a bit. This is my first time at this place. I called and was able to get an appointment in short order. When I arrived I was greeted nicely by my massage gal, Yoyo. Had a 1 hour massage here today after suffering with neck and back pain all week. They called me back after I scheduled the appt and asked if I could arrive a little early in which I agreed. Unfortunately traffic took me longer than expected so I ended up later than the time I was originally scheduled for. They didn’t say a word and saw me anyways. The massage was great and very through. I left feeling much better. I left a generous tip to thank them. Although I did ask over the phone to add cupping to my massage and they did not. Possibly because I was a little late to my appt or they just forgot. Aside from that I will be back.

Positive: QualityYessss! Just finished an hour long massage and it was amazing! My massager did everything perfect! I did not want the hour to be over! I would hands down say it was the best massage I’ve ever gotten. Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThere were two ladies there working and they were arguing with eachother in a different language during my massage. Not sure waht that was about. At the end of the massage she rushed me to get dressed and also asked for a tip. Wow. Not worth it at all. I would have typed voluntarily if it wasn’t such an awkward massage.

Would have loved to rate the massage service here, except when I came in they just said they were sorry, they were busy. I asked if they had time in a little while and she just said ‘no’. Okie dokie. Not sure they’ll get a second chance at my business. It didn’t seem like it mattered to them anyway. Bummer.

I got there, and they told me to wait at least 20 minutes because they didnt have someone for me and then told me a price that was $10 higher and acted like they never told me the price earlier…basically calling me a liar! I called last week to set an appointment for today for my husband’s birthday and when I called the woman who took the appointment was very unprofessional. I told her I wanted Monday the 17th at 5:00 pm a hour massage and her response was, “ok by” I said, “wait don’t you want my name and info”? She said, “no I got your phone number. “ So today on my husband’s birthday he went in at 5:00 and guess what, they didn’t have an appointment for him!! Very disappointed and upset and they didn’t even offer a discount or anything to make it right.
