Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityThe stylist I had moved the appointment to a different time day of, the hair I left with was not what I asked for. I had shown her a photo of what I wanted and I left with something totally different. I’m someone who suffers from crippling anxiety so saying something at all in the moment wasn’t an option. People were eating in the salon common room, obviously maskless because they’re eating. And the person doing my hair opted for a face shield instead of a mask. It was overall the most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had while getting my hair done and I will never go back.
