I went back today to repair one of my acrylic overlay nail. The corner broke in less than a week so needed repair. The nail artist, Phuong Chau was asked to help me. He was very rude and unprofessional. I even told him that I am ok to pay for the repair if that is the problem but he stayed unhappy about having to help me and constantly complained to his coworker next to him. I requested to apply top coat on all nails as I was there so to give all nails a new shine. I thought I will tip him appropriately(which I still did) if they don’t charge me. He did such a bad job, he applied the topcoat on unclean nails that had debries from drilling the broken nail. So, in nut shell he fixed the broken nail and made all others look very bad. I didn’t want to give him back the rude behavior that he gave me but I feel so bad looking at my nails now and the time I wasted there that I had to write this review!!!

Terrible service. Nails only lasted me three days and when I asked them to fix they charged to do that. I do not have a labor-intensive job and I am not hard on my nails terrible service and quality. Will not be back and don’t recommend Acrylic nails

The nail spa is very clean and updated. The staff is super sweet, I just didn’t feel it was quality work for what I paid for. I paid for a spa pedicure. The scrub was quickly slathered on, no callus remover was applied, they just quickly scrubbed my feet. The gel manicure was messy. I wouldn’t come here again. My sister had the same result with her gel manicure

I am new to Visalia and have had a lot of trial and error in finding a new nail place. I love hand 2 love. It’s airy, open, clean and to smells fantastic. Nancy did an amazing job on my pedicure and the price of a pedicure was very fair.
