I was referred to Rose Nails and Spa by a friend of mine and have yet to be disappointed. Michelle is absolutely amazing. She does great work and takes great pride in providing the best experience for her customers. I usually sit in her chair and let her design. She even remembers the colors I like on my nails. I highly recommend anyone to stop in and be serviced here!! Plus look how cute my nails came out. I got a fill but it’s giving new set!

Usually I only get pedicures here and they are normally pretty good. My last visit however, was awful. I went in for a manicure and my sister in law for a fill, they talked me into a full set even though I didn’t want it and complained my nails were too short for a manicure. So I caved, then I pick out my color which was green and the guy goes, that green really ? With a weird look. And I said don’t you like and he back tracked real quick saying oh I like everything. It was rushed, rough, and a bad job. He did my full set quicker than the other guy did my sisters fill in. The nails were still glued to my fingers (skin) and he cut my cuticles painfully. And two days after, my nail was already falling off. Fast forward to four days after my entire right hand is lifting and I’ve lost two. The first picture you can see he didn’t grind them down enough as they were super thick and you can see the rough edges and the nail sticking to my skin on my thumb. He rushed because other people walked in wanting pedicures. I understand that you are a business and have other clients but if you want to keep your clientele i suggest taking the time to make sure the work is good and customer is happy. Second picture is proof I lost two nails (I did cut them down) but for four days post set, it shouldn’t look as if they are a week of growth.

I went in to get a fill in on my nails I normally only allow my sister to do my nails for me after four days of getting my nails done I noticed a green spot on my thumb nail. A week later I noticed the same green spot on two other nails. Come to find out it was fungus under my nails. I am so upset this has happened to me now I am walking around with green nail beds. This was a bad experience.

I was not impressed with my nails/pedicure. I received the Deluxe pedicure and it was so basic. I also saw the manager interact with two customers who politely complained about their nails. One of them had been cut with the nail drill by the nail technician and it caused her to bleed. she asked for an alcohol pad to care for the cut. The nail technician never apologized to the customer. The customer at the end of the service ask if she could be discounted for being cut. The manager became involved and was extremely rude to the young lady. She blamed the young lady saying you could have moved your hand during the service and that this happens sometimes. The customer paid for her service and politely left. The manager then began to talk about both customers to the customer she was servicing. So unprofessional. I won’t be returning. rude, unprofessional, and wasn’t impressed with my nails.

I broke a nail and chose to go to this place. I was denied service by the owner Michelle & her sister becus I didn’t get my full set their with them. Owner stated I they can’t do my one little nail becuz they can’t match color, mind u I didn’t have any color on my nails & told them I don’t need color just a nail on my broken thumb. Then they both stated after I told them I don’t need polish that they can’t do the same shape lol which is almond. Before telling me no they said the price was $8 for one nail then started talking in their language and went to $12 which I said that’s fine. I guess they thought money was an issue. I have never heard of such garbage in my life from a asain owned walk in place. No this place isn’t my go to place as the quality isn’t that great but it was a quick resort but I guess they’re hard up for customers and felt some type of way that I chose a cleaner place to go to. They never have to worry about me spending any money with them for a full set or anything. I do recommend another place in Riverview off of Fort Street that is excellent and we’ll priced.

Thank you!****Joseph and Rose are great: very skilled nail technicians and friendly…and the sweet young lady there (We didn’t get her name.) was so friendly, too. My Mom-in-law and I went for her early October birthday gift and to patron a new local Milan business. We had Super Deluxe Pedicures, and it was a wonderful experience. I will be back soon! Mom will too when she stays with us in Milan for a few days, after her Spring 2021 return flight from Las Vegas. We are both recommending this business!

I only let one person do my eyebrows & I should’ve went with my first mind and let the same person do it…. This lady messed up my eyebrows and now they are thin as ever and messed up… my eye brows are already thin…. She made them worst!! I went in and said “ I just want a clean up nothing major” I’ll drop a before picture and the after pictures are me with the headband on… now I probably have to wait months just for them to grow back and be able to wax again… will never come here for a wax
