My first visit to this nail shop. When I walked in it was big and clean. I upgraded my package and had a great experience! Until I left the salon walking to my car I was aggressively attacked about leaving a large enough tip!!! I never in my life have been harassed to leave a tip. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Killed my mood and experience. BEWARE DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Unless you want to be aggressively harassed for more money!

Gina was fantastic! my gel powder nails are beautiful and not bulky! they spoil you with a quick neck massage at the end and hot towels on your hands! outstanding and i cant wait to come back! prices extremely reasonable! My daughter and i got pedicures. I got the one that was supposed to have a free manicure with it. The lady that did my pedicure did an awful job. Barely massaging at all. Then I got the manicure and she may as well not even bothered. My hands looked exactly the same as when I went in. The lady actually rolled her eyes at me when I declined gel on my nails. I had already gotten it on my toes and they charge $15 extra for gel. Definitely did a subpar job in every way. Then after I paid $140 on my card and didn’t put a tip cause I planned on leaving cash, the lady actually came back and asked me if I forgot the tip. I will definitely not be going back.

I scheduled an appointment for a pedicure. When I got to the salon the employee tried to upgrade my package, which I respectfully declined. The employee persistently kept trying to get me to upgrade after I told her multiple times I only wanted a pedicure. My pedicure lasted 10 mins. She cut my nails, rubbed lotion in my legs and put my polish on – no other services were provided. I also had to have her re-polish a few of my nails bc the polish started to clump. Not worth the $50, I will not being going back to this salon.

I Went for the first time 3 weeks ago or maybe a little longer. I just moved to the area and I Was quickly seen . The man who did my nails was so rude, kept getting annoyed with me for not moving my hand the way he wanted me to. Sorry maybe communicate with your customer or he said I was tensing up too much. I never had this issue any other nail salon I went to back home. Now I have had these nails glued on for almost 4 weeks I dont know what they used but my nail is breaking off now and is very painful. They sprayed some stuff I have never seen used before at any nail salon I ever went to. Now the best part they go and massage your back and neck without even asking u and then charge you more for it. Not to mention I am a woman and I have this big sweaty man rubbing me when I didnt ask for it no thank you will not be back I found a much better place in Victor! I saw the bad reviews but really needed my nails done so decided to give it a try, worse mistake ever always trust your instincts!

Gins was absolutely terrible. When we came in my MIL wanted to pay for our nails as a gift, Gina wouldn’t allow this because they didn’t know what services we were getting, when my MIL offered to call at the end of the appt and then pay she then asked what services we were planning on doing. I went into detail and showed her the picture of the nails I wanted and expressed I wanted 2 pedicures, both with color and 1 with a big toe design. This seemed to be understood and she allowed her to pay. While starting on my nails she asked for the shape, I said I’d like them square like in the picture. She cut them into a coffin cut and said it was too late now to do a square, it has to be coffin. Okay. When she was cutting the length I asked her 4 separate times to cut them shorter as I was not used to having nails, after the 4th time she said no, they will get shorter then she files them. Okay. They didn’t. They are still much longer than I wanted. Gina was so terrible to deal with, we were eventually moved to Tony who finished my nails as best he could. I love the design but the length and shape is terrible.

After the nail technician asked me several times if I wanted the more expensive pedicure package and I kept kindly declining and saying no thank you, I just want the basic pedicure, he rushed through it and was done in 10 minutes. 10 minutes. Worst pedicure I’ve ever had and the polish job looks awful. I still tipped 20%, but will never go back there.

Terrible experience. Brought my 5 y/o to get a quick very basic manicure…when they were drying and Gina tried to massage her I said no because my daughter did not like it I told her to stop because she was being to rough and made her cry. Then Gina walked over to the group of other employees and they all looked over and hysterical laughed at my sweet little girl who just wanted her nails done. They other customers noticed the whole thing as well and it made everyone uncomfortable. Not to mention my gel nails chipped within 24 hours.

I have been going to Rose Nails for probably the last 6 months, each and every time I have been completely happy and satisfied. I alternate between having a Gel manicure and a Mani-Pedi manicure. Today, I had Gina, 2nd time with her, she did an excellent job, great detail, took her time and I did not feel rushed at all.
