I went there on New Year’s Eve with my daughter in law as a last minute thing. No appointments, walked in and Mary did my pedicure. She was excellent and pleasant. My daughter in law was happy with her nail tech as well. Went back a few days ago, again no appointment and Tony did my gel manicure. He was a little sloppy and was not listening when I showed him the nail polish around my cuticles. He just kept cutting the skin to remove the polish instead of taking the little paint brush, putting acetone on it and removing the polish that way. Lesson learned, from now on I will call and make appointments to have my nails done by Mary.

NIGHTMARE! I made an appointment here because I couldn’t get into my normal salon and thought I’d try it. I get my nails done monthly and have never experienced anything like this and I had to leave a review. It was packed when I came in which is no problem and they immediately began taking my sns off. I then sat in the pedicure chair in the water for an hour with no services being done. They continued to take walk ins even though there weren’t enough people working. The place was dirty with used towels on the ground and smelled weird. The same women who were in the pedicure chairs next to me when I walked in at 11 am were still there at 1 when I left?! I do not recommend and will not be returning.

Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI’ve been coming here for 6 years, and I love it. My main goal for coming is a relaxing pedicure and eyebrow wax. Occasionally I’ll get a fancier gel mani if I have an event. But they do an amazing job with massage and always help me relax in the pedicure chair! The quality is consistent and the prices are affordable. I’ve gone to other salons when traveling or for a group mani-pedi with friends, and I’m always disappointed and wish I could have gone to Rose and seen my ladies. As with anything, you have you know your preferences about how you like your nails shaped or nail edges cut and communicate those. I’ve been coming here for 6 years, and I love it. My main goal for coming is a relaxing pedicure and eyebrow wax. Occasionally I’ll get a fancier gel mani if I have an event. But they do an amazing job with massage and always help me relax in the pedicure chair! The quality is consistent and the prices are affordable. This is my second time coming back. 1st was plain color & they missed nail bit near the skin & ny nails had bubbles. But, I still decided to give them a second chance. Came in just to have my sns removed, which previously in other salons took 10 to 15 minutes max. Once I sat down the lady just took my nail & cut it without asking if I wanted it longer or if they are real. She then proceeded to pull my literal nail which really fricken hurts! Once I tell her they are real then she gets the acetone to wrap my nails & tells me 10 minutes. 10 minutes later, I’m told 5 more minutes. Then another client comes in to get sns. (I don’t blame the other client at all. It’s the workers rude behavior.)They ask me to move to another station. I guess I wasn’t fast enough because another worked decided to roll me to the other station. The lady which was working on my nails then starts doing the other clients nails. Suddenly, the 5 more minutes became 20 more! Only once she was done with the other client did she get working back on my nails. Mind you, there were other workers available for most of the time, but, they waited for new clients instead of finishing up with me. At this point it had been around 35 minutes! Literally, for both painting and removing nail polish it will turn out better doing it yourself in the comfort of your own home or just go to a better salon.

It only gets the stars it got because my pedicure is perfect. Front manicurist is rude, nasty,and will waste your time. I called nd made an appt for pedi and full set. I literally sat nd got my pedi nd they flexed me on my full set. So nw im stuck finding a nail salon before7.

I went here with my mom today, I told them I just wanted a regular manicure. They were very very pushy and after 4 times of saying I didn’t want acrylics the lady went up to my mom and tried to push her in to making me do them. Then she went to do my nails and tried to get me to do gel after I also told her about 4 times how I didn’t want them and they were pushy still. I have been going to this nail salon for about 10 years and I don’t think I will ever be back. They are usually pushy, but today it was extra. We love the people, but it’s just every time my mom and I go we have to say no constantly and it’s just very annoying.

This was the worst manicure I’ve ever had, honestly. I usually go to Rose Nails to get my manicures done, and I’ve always had great results until now! But this might be the last time I go there, based on this experience. When I came in, I told them I wanted acrylics, but they started out doing gel, and told me it’d be $40. When I told them I wanted acrylics, she went ahead and started doing them as acrylics, but was so rough with my nails that three of my fingers ended up bleeding because she buffed the skin too much.
