I used to go here before the pandemic and it was better . It was a little dirty.. the tools used on my feet were not sterilized. He pulled them out of the draw and didn’t wipe them off with alcohol till halfway through. I had to file my toes after as it was not smooth and almost ripped my sock! I also got no leg massage.. he rubbed in the lotion.. I was in and out within 1/2 hour.. chair was stained and not cleaned. I was embarrassed to say stop a few times so I got through, but I won’t go back.

Dissappointed in their customer service here. Their prices on website as well as on their price list in salon do NOT reflect what they are charging. Just recently I made an appointment for mani and pedi and specifically made the pedi first so I could give it time to dry, and they purposely took me for a mani first because they were running late. Even after I explained I need to to the pedi first. He said it’s ok I’m just gona start it. But he finished it too and thats not what I asked for. Then I was charged a higher price than what is specifically listed in their salon and on their website. I feel they do nails well, but this kind of lack of service for what I’m paying goes a long way.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had the manicurist Reyna. She acted as if she was upset she had to work and gave my boyfriend and I an attitude. On top of that she filed my nails very thin and I had ask her to refile because they looked uneven and broken. I’m very upset. I have used this nail salon in the past and have been very satisfied. I came this morning at 10:00 because it is supposed to be open according to google and the “open and hour signs” on the building. I waited hour thinking maybe it was 11:00 instead, nope. I have called numerous times no answer and no indication why they are not opened. Not good business. I’m very frustrated. I really liked coming here now I’m not sure. I needed an emergency fix for an event today. Not cool Rose Nail & Spa. Grrrrrrr
