Overall, a really awful experience. The first time I came, I had a wonderful time and my nails looked amazing. Someone new did my gel manicure yesterday and ruined my cuticles – she filed and cut them so deep that they were bleeding, didn’t apologize, and kept going after I asked her to stop. I’ve attached pictures of them – they’re so painful and I had to apply antibiotics to the cuts because I’m scared of getting an infection from the tools.

Literally the worst experience in a nail salon. The first picture is the $30 gel manicure they did. Literally looks like a 2 year old did it! I left and came back as I reallllly tried to like them…. I just couldn’t do it. I decided to get acrylics when I went back and had them done by rose herself. They look better-ish (still lumpy as you can see in the pictures) BUT she tried charging me $10 to take off the butchered gel and and extra $20 for the acrylics. I refused to pay the $10 take off but paid the $20 to equal $50 for the acrylics. AND I LEFT A TIP THE FIRST TIME I LEFT. Basic customer service says i shouldn’t have even been charged anything but whatever. Such a disappointment and a waste of my entire day off of work. I don’t have the energy to go in and get them fixed again. Somebody should seriously shut this place down.

Wonderful pedicure, attentive manicurists, and comfortable, clean salon (with the BEST massage chairs)! My friend and I were in Ashland trying to get an impromptu manicure, and 7 other places rejected us! Lol. Luckily we found respite at the lovely Rose Nails in Phoenix. The friendly and efficient manicurists were able to fit us right in and gave us an excellent experience – we wish we lived here and could see them on the regular! Would highly recommend!

Never comming back here. It was nice and relaxing but they did the worse gel pedicure I have ever received. Didn’t clean the edges. I had to ask for another layer of gel because they didn’t cover my whole toe nail and they left my to nails crooked. Asked several times to fix it and they didn’t understand a word I said. I’d like a refund honestly. But I left from being upsetfrom the poor job they did even after asking to fix it.

If I could give zero I would. Worst nail job ever! If you can’t get in anywhere else, trust me just wait. Lumps, gel polish on my skin, acrilic on my skin and cuticles. Clumps of acrilic under the nails. Horrible. Took them off a day later and I am super happy wearing press ons with glue
