Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueAbsolutely horrible experience! I asked for coffin style nails. Couple of the tips are uneven and not properly cleaned up. she made me bleed, cuticles are raw and swollen. Very uncomfortable while paying. The lady hovered so close i could feel her breathing on me. She was very rough with grabbing my hands and forcing them. To do what she wanted. She was not in the least bit gentle. Absolutely horrible experience! I asked for coffin style nails. Couple of the tips are uneven and not properly cleaned up. she made me bleed, cuticles are raw and swollen. Very uncomfortable while paying. The lady hovered so close i could feel her breathing on me. She was very rough with grabbing my hands and forcing them. To do what she wanted. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI love my nails but broke off after less than a week of normal wear (did dishes twice and taking care of my brother) not to happy that they are already falling off and the filing could have been a bit more gentle and accurateOkay so it’s been 2 weeks I just went and got then taken off and the new tech I went to couldn’t even redo my nails because one was infected. Critical: QualityPedicures are always wonderful. I’ve gotten them done a few times now. I decided I would give a full set of acrylics a chance. I had a reference photo and everything. She was very rushed and kept bouncing me around. She did the tips and the acrylic then told me to go sit at the pedicure station. My feet only soaked for maybe 2 minutes before the guy started in. It was painful and I left with really patchy rough skin. Then I sat in a chair while they worked on other people. Then she started on the gel polish. I asked for black and she did a grey color first then the black over. The entire sides of my nails had no polish on them whatsoever. They are lumpy and uneven. Pedicures are always wonderful. I’ve gotten them done a few times now. I decided I would give a full set of acrylics a chance. I had a reference photo and everything. Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueLittle to no wait time. Was very nice and communicated well. I told her to surprise me and she did a beautiful job. Only took an hour. The environment was very relaxing and quiet. Would definitely recommend for simple acrylics
