I came for a relax experience and came out with more tension. However, the nail tech Jenny was very nice and did an okay job on my nails. While getting my nails done, a lady says ” ouch” and said ” its not funny” you cut and hurt me. I’m think I hope I don’t get the same person for pedicure.

I called on a last minute acrylic repair. Rose told me to come right away. My most recent nail salon had turned me away for a second time for being “too busy” but Rose told me to come right away. We chatted and she is very sweet, as were all of the other technicians. Rose did an excellent job on my repair and gel polish change. I was so pleased that I made an appointment for 2 weeks. I think I just found my new nail home ☺️

absolutely horrible. within TWO DAYS my nails looked like they needed to be done again, the next day my nails started breaking clean off doing simple things. the shape was no where near what i wanted and she didn’t even want to work with me. my friend also went at the same time and her lady never even asked what she wanted just did whatever to get us out.

I always have a pleasant experience here. I have been going for over 3 yrs. and have no complaints. The techs are pleasant, efficient, and friendly. Sometimes too crowded for my taste, but that is a personal thing. Rose is always lovely!

I went here because of the 4 stars I saw… I went in and immediately when she started I knew they were going to come out bad.. She put so much acrylic on my nails. It looked terrible. I kept asking her to thin them our more and more. The shape is bad, the acrylic is bad, they are crooked. I’m typically very kind when it comes to these things. I don’t like to complain but I had to keep telling her things. I payed $35 for this. I’m going to have to get them redone. Also the acrylics are too small. She butchered my nail beds and around my nail with acrylic I can’t get off… I spend $14 for my friend to get herself a manicure and hers came our terrible too.
