The young lady that did my nail filed the skin off my fingure and it lasted a week sore and swollen. I had to let her know my nails were not fully covered with with acrylic nor the polish and she did go back and complete them when asked. I did not like the full set I paid for, however I believe she was new and I am one to support when I can, but she can’t do my nails again. Ten, was the pedicure Tech and he was great, I will return for another pedicure.

Critical: Quality, ValueI took my daughter to get her nails done while me and my 5 year old got pedicures. Now our pedicures were great but the acrylic set my daughter received was horrible. It’s been about a week since getting and everything is horrible. We showed her the design, she took a picture of the design and said she could do it. Very simple just paint and some rhinestones. She did a completely horrible job with both! I do not want a refund or my money back I just wanna share what a waste of money this place was. Her nails were lifting within 24hrs. This was such a horrible experience for her! I will post a picture of what we got versus what we asked for! I took my daughter to get her nails done while me and my 5 year old got pedicures. Now our pedicures were great but the acrylic set my daughter received was horrible. I’m a regular here my first few experience is what I’d like to refer to as their little honey moon phase, in which they’re extremely kind bc of course they would like regular clients that will always come bk. Once they got a little more business & things started to pick up it became less enthused & I feel as though they stop paying so much attention to guaranteed satisfaction & focus more on the coins. I tried to correct the elderly guy & point out where he needed to add acrylic to a spot on my toe & instead off correcting it he nodded his head as if he truly understands but clearly he did not bc he did absolutely nothing to fix it. Adding insult to injury the young Asian girl that did a horrible job on my manicure used a clear top coat on my hands as the older male used a pink top coat in which my husband noticed all of these things as soon as I got bk home I was passive about it though & I still desired to tip her bc I usually leave tips regardless, but I did not. I may go bk to see if they wanna make amends by correcting this horrible job. If not God is always present & we reap what we sow.

Yeah….no… There is the one nail tech that speaks only English and the other two barely speak English but speak Español. They are the ones doing the pedicures. While the one nail tech obviously sticks to her own clients. When the girl doing my feet showed me her nails it was one photo of a basic square shaped French acrylic nothing like the photo I had asked if she could do. It’s clear the girls are brand new to doing nails and that’s fine but I came here expecting an experienced nail tech. I told them I would be only getting the 25$ pedicure and no longer needed the nails. Id rather spend my money elsewhere with an experienced nail tech.

Critical: QualityI came in with a friend about two weeks ago to get our nails done. The ladies were super polite and nice it seemed really clean as well. But the lady who did my nails didn’t seem like she had any experience. I said I liked a squared look and all she did was clip my finger nail at the end without shaping it, and the manicure was lumpy and didn’t look like what I asked for at all. But the lady who did my nails didn’t seem like she had any experience.
