Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI really enjoyed my time here! I’ve only gotten my nails done here once and they looked fantastic! They also do waxing, which is done very well! They’re really welcoming and reassuring for first time waxers, providing a calming and relaxing atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re in the area!

Critical: ProfessionalismWent in an hour before the closing time posted online and on their door for a plain and simple pedicure yet was refused service because now they have changed their hours. The hours posted on their door and online reflect otherwise. I’m not sure if they’re understaffed or what (there were only 2 people there) but it was extremely disappointing. I came to try this place out (for the first time by the way) and will never be back. I’m one to come every 1-2 weeks and I was looking forward to finding a new nail home after my normal closed down. I am an educator in this very field and this is not how business is conducted. Went in an hour before the closing time posted online and on their door for a plain and simple pedicure yet was refused service because now they have changed their hours.
