Got us in with late notice. Did a fantastic job! Very polite. Gentle enough for me and firm enough for my grandson! Was very careful getting embedded toenails that had grown too long. Will go back more often! Excellent service!!! Pedicure

Jennifer is awesome! She is so detail-oriented and takes pride in her nail work looking fabulous. No matter what picture I bring in, she nails the design. She is a perfectionist in nail art lines and I always leave a happy camper. Love her!

Came for a pedi with my mom sister best friend and niece. The lady I got was very rough with my feet and did a pretty sloppy job. The pedicure itself didn’t last very long and we were pushed out the door. – not worth going to again. Pedicure

I have been here a couple times always getting great service. First of all you can walk in and they try ur best to fit you in. Though they also do appointments. They are always busy so sometimes I had to wait when I didn’t have an appointment. Always been really comfortable chairs and I love their manicure and pedicures.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityFirst of all – let me say the staff are rude. I can understand that they are busy, but you can still be courteous to your customers. My husband and I went in for pedicures- we were directed to sit in 2 chairs next to each other. We were never asked what type of pedicure we wanted. In fact that was the only conversation we were engaged in until it was time to pay and them – cash or charge and the amount. They have sheets or plastic hanging between the chairs- which from the looks of it have not been cleaned since they were hung up. They soaked our feet in plain water. Not sure what products they used -but my feet were worse off – skin wise – than before. I guess you could say I had my toenails trimmed and painted and that was about the only good thing I have to say. However, I had rough spots on my toenail that I had to smooth and the polish chipped in less than a week. My husband was a different story. He got a good scrubbing – so much so that he had tender spots afterwards and even a raw area. The salon chairs are showing their age- the foot rests are missing chunks of foam. Which, I understand can happen – but then cover it with a nice clean towel once I sit down. It appears that the staff are more congenial to regular customers. Needless to say- we will not be back.Service: PedicureFirst of all – let me say the staff are rude. I can understand that they are busy, but you can still be courteous to your customers. This place is pretty gross. Outdated and seemed dirty inside. I got a pedicure by a young man that I don’t think had ever given a pedicure before. Pedicure

Critical: Quality, ValueWorst dip nail job I have ever had in my 30+ years of having my nails done. I went to Rose Nails because somebody I know had suggested it, but I definitely will not be back. My nails were very rough on the top even after the topcoat was put on. The gal had to redo the final coat after I washed my hands because the paper towels I dried my hands with stuck to them after I had sat for over 5 minutes like she had asked me to. I got home and there were still waves and ridges all over them. I spent $45 just to go home and resand them again myself, and put top coat on them all over again. I was looking for a new place to get my nails done because my former gal moved away. I think the gal that did my nails was in a hurry to get to her “regular” client and did a very rushed job, but I feel I should have received the same attention to detail as I was a paying customer too. Don’t waste your money like I did!! If I could give this place NO STARS I would!!Worst dip nail job I have ever had in my 30+ years of having my nails done. Both my grandmother and I have been getting our nails done at Rose Nails for years! All the nail technicians are super nice and do a great job! Love the new store decor, you feel like your at a really fancy spa. Also a very clean establishment. I am constantly telling people about Rose Nails and how great they are, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I highly suggest you check them out.

The salon is clean and the staff is taking care to ensure the safety of customers and staff. I had a mani and pedi and was served by three different people which is a little odd. The quality of the gel manicure is good but the pedicure is not great. I will need to re-do it myself to even out the trim/filing and re-polish. It is not evenly applied and a bit sloppy.
