My girls and I go to Rose’s all the time. I get acrylic nails and fills, they have gotten pedis and acrylic’s as well as shellac/gel and regular polish. It’s always a fun positive atmosphere and they do an amazing job. I highly recommend. Tine is who I always see, my girls use Tina, Ruby and Rose. They are all great! I have gone to rose nails a few times back in 2021 and was very pleased with the service. I went back this past December (2023) with my mother and sister. My sister went in a time before my visit and got an acrylic manicure and pedicure. the next day all of her nails popped off while she was washing her hands and had an infection in her toe. my sister called and informed Rose of the situation and was told she would receive both services for free the next time she came in. When it came time to pay rose told us she would only give $15 off!!! I informed the owner of the situation and reminded her of the conversation we had before the appointment to which she copped an attitude with me and said “I don’t know what you do with your hands!” deescalating the situation…Wait to not fallow through with your promises! As for my nails, I got pearls and paid $15 to have them put on, just for them all to look like pieces of plastic in 24 hours and had residue ALL over my hands. I see a nail tech student now and have never had a sharper, cleaner, fresher set the were FULLY PAINTED. sorry to see this establishment go so downhill.

The staff are extremely polite, and accommodated our needs. We changed from regular polish to gel, and I’m happy to switch!
