I’ve been going to Rose Nails for almost 8 years and my nail tech, Lisa, is wonderful. However, over the past year I have been very disappointed. I have had to pick 3 or 4 colors before they actually had it. Why give me a color wheel if you don’t have the colors! I almost always leave not liking the color. The last time I went she started putting the wrong gel color on and instead of taking the color off and starting over she just put the right color on over the other color. Within 2 weeks the polish started peeling off and my nails became cracked and thin. I pay enough money for this service and leave a generous tip. Whoever is supposed to stock the nail polish should be fired.

I used to go there about a year ago. The service was good then, but this time was not at all what I expected. The young lady who did my pedicure appeared to be in training or didn’t know what she was doing. $75 (plus a $10 tip) for a gel pedicure, to have my dip nails soaked off, and a basic manicure. I wouldn’t go back there ever again.

I love to go Rose Nails. The ladies who work in the salon are kind and nice. The place is clean, you can connect to the wifi and browse your Instagram when having a Pedi. They also took care of my ingrow toenails

This place is absolutely terrible. Their designs are absolutely atrocious and their service is slow . They made me wait an hour for an appointment that I had already scheduled. I used to go to Rose nails all the time growing up, but they have really went down hill. If you are looking for a place to get your nails done DONT go here .
