Customer service here is bad. I came here for a mani and pedi today, but just received a pedicure or my toes polished and nothing else. Spa pedicure was not an option for me, although the Technician started the water for the pedi. I could not stand another uncomfortable minute to do a manicure. The Nail Tech.worker acted as if I bothered him. I will never come back to this place.

They were not clean and they dont do good work. Your nails start to lift early. They file to rough to when it starts to burn. Also you nails start to crack and the acrylics is never smoothed. Your acrylics will have dents. Do not send your child in there without an adult because there baila is gonna look like they did them themselves. They have no integrity.

Horrible Experience !! Went in to get yellow gel manicure and the nail tech Jennifer did not clean under my nails and she painted all of my cuticles with the yellow gel polish I had to tell her to drill the polish off because it looked so sloppy. Her explanation for it being sloppy was that the yellow gel is hard to paint and that it spreads. Not worth a visit!! I will never go there again and I plead with anyone thinking on going please DO NOT GO!!! Absolutely horrible!!

When I walked in I asked the guy how much is it for gel refill he replied $20 and $8 for polish change .when it was time to pay my total came up to $38 he lied and said he told me $30 but I heard$ 20 I never in my life paid $30 for refill ! Than the lady try to hop in the convo and so I had to serve her ass too ! Never again I see why the store was empty with a 2 star rating .

Run from this place ! Don’t ever come here. Very unprofessional and rude. Went for a pedicure was the worst pedicure ever. Had to go back the next day to do a repolish because the older lady did a very poor job. Worst nail salon service ever !!
