Staff is dated with their work. They need to definitely keep up with the trends. Also extremely short staffed, only 2 people is ridiculous. The female needs to LISTEN when clients instruct her on what they want…remember that the customer is paying you for a service…not the other way around. Work is sloppy. Too busy rushing to get the next dollar that walks in.

I didn’t look at the reviews obv before going. I’m very loyal to a good nail place. I just moved back home from Colorado and had a perfect salon artist that I would request every time. The lady that did my nails at Rose Nails had fuzz all in the polish on my nails then got impatient when I politely mentioned it. The man came to finish for her and left the paint jagged and didn’t even put a top coat to seal it. Very rude and unprofessional to say the least. They both rushed through it doing the very minimal to get you out and get your payment. Would not recommend.

I rate a dislike for my personal experience. I have one friends who adores this place. I would prefer another location. It is okay for a basic nail job but not for the price regarding quality of work. The staff are friendly-like but it depends on your person. It is never enough staff. It could use a upgrade as far as appearance. There are spider webs on the chairs in the waiting room. A young lady that performed on my feet wore a dress and the entire time I could see her underwear and once she finished my feet. She accidently ruined the big toe and instead of cleaning up and fixing that foot. She just placed more polish on top to cover her error. I was not a fan.

It didn’t cover it and he didn’t file them even either. It looks awful. Whenever I brought it up he said only I saw it because I knew it was there and no one else would notice. Not the point at all but it’s very noticeable up close and far away it’s absolutely awful. It didn’t cover it and he didn’t file them even either. It looks awful. Whenever I brought it up he said only I saw it because I knew it was there and no one else would notice. Not the point at all but it’s very noticeable up close and far away it’s absolutely awful. WARNING WARNING DON’T GO HERE!!!!!The man is RUDE n his mother is NONCHALANT, when they r questioned about their work they start to speak talk in their own language, then he becomes foul n lie n refuse to do your nails. His attitude run his customers off, this is one reason they have few to no customers. They also rush through the job, making the nails not look like quality. While getting my nails painted, they didn’t bother checking if my whole nail was painted, leaving areas on my nail with no polish. Recomend going to CLASSIC NAILS across the street.

The person doing my pedicure was nice however him being nice does not cut it when it comes to a service. My feet are far from horrible just like anybody else the cuticles need to be cut and the rough spots need to be tend to. Let me just say that even after receiving my service my feet are still scratchy. It’s been a few weeks and you would have thought my feet hasn’t been touched in months. Will not go back, I’m sure the regulars do not have this issue since I was only passing through that could be the reason.

Horrible. Walked in @ 1015, looking for mani and eyebrow wax, one guy working on customer said “sorry she not here”, basically said get out. I get that a male mani and eyebrows isn’t the highest priced service but I was looking for a new place since moved and they missed out on a huge tipper. Been going to nail places 20 years and this may be worst I’ve seen, likely prejudged me on casual wear on day off and lost a good long term new local customer and got this review. Suggest you care more about EVERY customer because you never know what you miss out on and who will take the time to tell when you provide bad service.
