Critical: QualityThere hours stated they closed at 8pm. I called at 6:13pm to make sure they were open. Lady on the phone stated that they take their last walk in at 7pm. When I walked in at 6:24pm, a lady stated they were not accepting any more walk in. I stated I called and they did not honor what was said on the phone. Very unprofessional and disorganized! There hours stated they closed at 8pm. I called at 6:13pm to make sure they were open. Lady on the phone stated that they take their last walk in at 7pm. When I walked in at 6:24pm, a lady stated they were not accepting any more walk in. I stated I called and they did not honor what was said on the phone. Very unprofessional and disorganized! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueToday I had a friend go to the salon to have a full set put on. After a lengthy wait, she finally got into a chair and a technician began working on her full set.. She glued the tips to her fingernails and then excused herself. After waiting 25 minutes, my friend politely asked where the technician had gone being that she was on a lunch break. She was told that the technician had gone out to meet a truck outside to get fresh fish. She had to leave because she was on a lunch break and had to actually ask another technician to clip the nails so that she was able to perform her duties at work. She had to leave with just the tip super glued to her nails. When the manager was contacted she was told that she could come back and this afternoon and have a “professional” technician repair them at full cost. The manager admitted that she was aware of the issue because another customer had even called her. No discount was even offered and when asked the manager refused. The manager is just as unprofessional as the staff and could care less about customers. The prices here are outrageous for such terrible service and very poor quality work. Today I had a friend go to the salon to have a full set put on. After a lengthy wait, she finally got into a chair and a technician began working on her full set..
