I recently went here to get a pedicure and acrylics. The owners are nice people and have good customer service. However, I was cut multiple times when he was drilling my nails. I also developed an infection in my toe from the pedicure.

I was a walk-in so I had to wait about 20 minutes or so. I do think there is a ventilation issue but I got used to fumes of nail “stuff” pretty quickly. The woman who did my nails listened to me when I explained that I didn’t like the way she was shaping them. She really heard me and my nails looked perfect when I left. I was very appreciative of her patience with me because I was very specific. The price ($12) was well worth the result. I will definitely return.

First time costumer today, service wasn’t bad. They aren’t very friendly only time the man actually talked to me was to tell me “sorry” for cutting my finger. Main thing I would like to state is this is a good place if you just want a solid color, but if you want a design I honestly wouldn’t suggest this place. I showed two designs and the man said no to both which was fine and then showed me what they could do and I went with one of them and it looks nothing like what was shown.

Being new to the area and finding a reputable nail salon that does an great job is easy…. After a terrible experience in Harrisonburg at a nail salon and a terrible set of nails. I was told about Rose nails and decided to try them. Great little spot.. great job on fixing the mess from the last place. My nails look amazing.. not the fastest place if you are in a hurry. But a great nail tech is hard to find!

they took 3 hours to do my nails. had to redo one nail 4 TIMES. and they put this ph coat on my nails that felt like my nails were on fire, absolutely the worst pain. they cut 2 of my fingers. and after doing that i showed them the most simple design that was on only one finger and the man laughed and told me no. i let it go and picked a new color. she started putting it on my nails even though it was clearly empty and CHUNKY. this was the worst nail experience ive ever had
