Unfortunately, their work isn’t consistent. I have decent experiences and poor experiences. I come here because it’s walkable to my house, but unless I get the one person I regularly request, the work is 50/50 at best. It’s really unfortunate that this business, along with severe others don’t take pride in their work being consistent and having people leave satisfied. I also asked for baby pink with which is a pretty standard color, they didn’t have a match and tried to convince me the colors were the same… they aren’t.

Critical: ProfessionalismMy daughter and I made appointments to get our nails done. My daughter arrived a little early than our appointment and told the gentlemen at the desk that I was 5 minutes behind her. The technicians that worked our nails rushed and charged us for everything they did. We both got refills with no broken nails. They wanted to charge me for taking the gel polish off, filling, shaping the nails, and polishing both, which came to $200.00.I told the manager that this is ridiculous, all we received was a refill, and everything they did comes along with the refills. The last time we received service, I paid $80.00 for the same service with better quality.After arguing with him and showing him the last transaction, he charged me $80.00.
