Critical: QualityMy mother and I decided to go get pedicures and although they seated us quickly, problems started coming about that resulted in both of us being disappointed about our service.Shortly after my mother’s pedicure started, her pedicurist broke the nail on her big toe. Rather than apologizing and agreeing to fix it properly, she filed it down which my mother admitted hurt very much. The pedicurist told my mother she would leave the nail short because she did not want to do anything more as it would likely just risk an infection, but she would make them look as pretty and even as possible. She then proceeded to tell my mother it was fine and her nail will grow back in a year.As far as my service went, while my nail stylist was nice and didn’t cause my grief with my nails, I was still disappointed that when I asked for the nail color for my gel manicure to match the nail color I had used for my pedicure, she reassured me that the color would match. My mother and I decided to go get pedicures and although they seated us quickly, problems started coming about that resulted in both of us being disappointed about our service.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueLOVE ROSE NAILS! Went here for the first time today and am blown away! Kenny was AMAZING. He saved my real nails from looking a hot mess due to previous salons work. We went with SNS dip powder in Color 98 with a natural hombre top half. Not only did he ask me if I wanted my natural nails cut back but he even asked what shape I wanted. When I said natural as possible he chose coffin and it’s perfect. He was so gentle and friendly. I congratulated them for the Best of Pittston 2020 award and he politely said thank you. To end a perfect pedicure, followed by a perfect SNS dip followed by a gentle hand/arm massage with hot towels was soooo relaxing. Topped it off with eyebrow waxing which was sensational. No irritation or redness afterwards because she was able to use a soothing lotion afterwards. Hubby and I drive a truck so we are in the area once a week or more (originally from Georgia) won’t choose any other salon. LOVE ROSE NAILS! Went here for the first time today and am blown away! Kenny was AMAZING. He saved my real nails from looking a hot mess due to previous salons work.
