Second time going here , only because its 5 minutes away I rather drive 15 to 20 minutes to Arlington to get the proper treatment of care needed. Just paint your toes any kind of way and there always slow obviously not the best on the block! Waste of time and $$ My regular pain at home last longer

Be aware, I don’t have a good experienced on this place female nail technician were always in a bad mood grumpy frowning and on top of that she gave me a fungus. Never happened to me before in my entire nail experienced in other nail salons, I tried for a couple of times since I was closer to this nail place too bad they lost me as a client.

I used to love this place but the work has started declining rapidly. I have had multiple visits where they don’t paint all of the nail, and refuse to fix it. This time they did a full set and left a huge gap between several of my cuticles and the actual acrylic nail, which looks horrible! They then painted after I said I was unhappy, and used a partial matte… I say partial because again, they refused to cover the nail so it looks shiny at the top and bottom, with matte only in the middle. I told the owner (wife) and she said too bad.

Just went and got the Mandarin orange pedicure here and it turned out great. The elderly lady did my toes and did a great job and took her time. Also I came in with a messed up knee brace and crutches and all, and she helped me in and out of the chair was super attentive to my knee and made sure she was not hurting me in any way. Loved that concern. Will definitely be going back.

The guy that works here was nice. One of the ladies, not so much. While my daughter was picking out a color, she dropped the polish accidentally and broke it. No problem, I’ll pay for the polish. Lady hollers from the back, BE CAREFUL. My niece sits down to have a refill done and a color change. Job was poorly done and the polish bubbled. The tech cut two of my fingers while doing my nails, not the design I wanted, and you can also see through one of my nails. Also, while my oldest daughter was getting her nails painted, the same lady who yelled from the back PUSHED MY YOUNGEST DAUGHTER and told her to step back. I just so happened to be turning my head when she done it. I asked my daughter who is 8 did she push you? She said yes. I told the guy who was doing my nails that she better keep her hands to herself. Who does that? Final stray was two customers came in for a pedicure. They asked wait time and they stated now. THIS SAME LADY told my niece, two children and my nephew to move to the back the seats are for customers. Keep in mind my niece just finished her nails and my two daughters. I told the guy we are customers. They just finished and are waiting on me. My niece started they would sit in the car and I told her no. When we came into the salon, it was two kids in the same seats but they were not asked to move. I will NEVER be back to this salon and wouldn’t recommend my dog get her nails done here! As stated before, the guy was trying to compensate for the lady’s rude behavior but I will take my money elsewhere. Not sure how to post pictures of our nails here.

Hated my nails I could almost cry, and the wife is sooooo rude. She wears her un happy life all over her face and tone. I had to stop coming to this place even though it’s right around the corner from my place but it’s okay there’s no money or free sets that could ever get me to go back. Also the place is soooo small and just know you’ll be on a wait for sure. I will say they have cheaper prices than most places but you definitely get what you paid for.. or worse
