The first time I went here it was wonderful and I was really looking forward to my next visit. This time not so good……i waited one hour and 45 minutes. (I soaked in non jetted water 20 of those) Other folks were taken before me as if my business didnt matter. The staff was very kind when I asked for a towel because I had to leave. I was told it was ok if I didnt have time. Utter disappointment. Not even acknowledged when I walked out the door!
