Visited this salon based on great reviews and received an initial service that was just okay by Irene. My nails had many lumps on them and did not look good. However, instead of making a fuss I waited two weeks and received a second service from Jen. I was happy with the service and planned on returning. Fast forward two weeks and my toenails broke. I came back in and Jen had an overall annoyed demeanor. Little did I know that she no longer wanted to service me for absolutely no reason! She did my toes, hands, and eyebrows in under 2 hours and stated that I was too picky when I never complained during my service. She lied and said my service took 4 hours! Vi the owner informed me while I was paying that she would no longer service me. Must be that I am not the correct skin tone for this place or that they are accustomed to denying service with no explanation. Overall bad business practices and I will not be returning.

This is the best nail salon in the area. I have been following Irina for the last 7 years and travel 30 mins just for this staff. If Irina is not available, anyone else does an amazing job. The cleanest salon, very professional and accommodating.

The place was sheek, and prices fit my budget. The service was excellent, but unfortunately, the quality of the DND gel polish didn’t cut it for me. Within two days of getting my nails done, they started chipping.

These ladies know how to get the job done! All of them are very detailed oriented and have such a great relationship with the customers. Very laid back environment and my tech Kim is heaven sent! I’ve tried some salons over the years but for almost 2 yrs now Rose Nails has become my favorite and I have no desire to use anyone else! They deserve 10 stars!

The salon seemed well kept and clean, and staff was very friendly. My nail tech did a beautiful job on my nails. She was detailed and very careful; I can’t tell you the last time I got my nails done with out getting nicked by the nail drill AT ALL! But she still worked efficiently and had me in and out in about an hour. Came here on a whim while I was visiting from out of town. They were able to take me right away for an acrylic full set. The salon seemed well kept and clean, and staff was very friendly. I just walked in to this salon to see if I could do a walk-in. They immediately sat me and were able to accommodate me. My tech was Jen. She was nothing short of amazing. She was a pleasure to talk to. She asked what I liked and how I wanted them. She was thorough from the get-go. The place has beautiful decor to boot. Im so very pleased with my manicure and have found “my place” after 6 salons!
