I’ve gone to this place for a couple years and I always end up disappointed. Being that I started going around the time the pandemic started I just figured just not their normal so I kept going back giving it another chance and always left disappointed, had my fingers and toes cut and 3 weeks ago the guy didn’t even listen to anything I wanted. I went back today and first time ever had Tiger do my nails and I’ve got to say they are the best set of nails I’ve ever had! He took his time and listened to what I wanted and did exactly that! I’m beyond happy with this set!

I really like this place. My girl Tou is amazing, and professional. Recommended for a great relaxing time. But I want return. Howie who also does nails, is reckless. Talking about pills he takes , taken pills and drinking. My moms diabetic and he cut slits on both hands. Dont know why they even keep him. Beware of the howie. See the photo of the drink . He went outside and brought that in sipping it.

My experience was good but rushed. My daughter had a terrible experience with a rude technician. My Shellac manicure had chips in less than a week and my daughter’s acrylics are already falling off like press ons. Will not return.

Critical: ProfessionalismWent for my birthday and didn’t have an appointment. I showed up at 3:15 pm and the guy said he has 2 appointments at 3:30 pm. He said if they didn’t show up we could go next. I didn’t mind waiting the extra 15 minutes, however the people who had 3:30 appointments said they had appointments at 4 pm. It was only suppose to be 2 people but it was a total of four people. The other 2 didn’t have appointments and they let them cut in front of my sister and I.
