Was in town on business, 1st time away from new baby, wanted to pamper myself, but it was not the relaxing experience that I hoped for. Asked for mani/pedi, was convinced to do gel spa pedi and dip mani. I’ve never done dip before, and she said it would last 6 weeks, it’s only been 1 week and they’re chipped (see photo). Also they weren’t busy so they did both mani/pedi at the same time and the nail techs only talked to each other the entire time. I couldn’t turn on the massage chair and my arms were off to one side the whole time, so I couldn’t enjoy a massage or be on my phone at all. And to top it off the manicurist nipped my cuticles too close in 2 areas and made me bleed. They were nice ladies though, that’s the only reason I can give 1 star. Don’t waste your money here if you’re looking to relax at all.

Wish I could give this place a zero very rude service. My nails look like they have pimples. Worst experience in dip powder than e had. This was my first time at this place and I will never return The lady I had was rough then when I told her she was being too rough she told me that My nail looks normal and what I hate is when they start talking on their own is very unprofessional. I’m doing this review for a specific employee. Nicole has been taking care of my mani/pedi for years even before she started working at this location. We met at Great Nails (back in idk 2017-2018 at Newark mall) And when that shop close I was honestly freaking out because I’ve had many others do my pedicure and NO ONE has done a better job then Nicole. She gets in there with her tools, takes her time never rushing and does wonders. I should honestly come see her more often then I do, but anyway if you want a detailed very well done Mani/pedi come see Nicole.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, Valuei was a little weary of visiting here for the first time but i am in love!!! I was a walk in and didn’t know if they’d allow me to fit in their schedule, but i waited no more than 10 minutes ^.^ Van worked with me and was so nice and did an amazing job on my nails. they’re the cutest things i’ve ever gotten. i was a little weary of visiting here for the first time but i am in love!!! I was a walk in and didn’t know if they’d allow me to fit in their schedule, but i waited no more than 10 minutes ^.^ Van worked with me and was so nice and did an amazing job on my nails. they’re the cutest things i’ve ever gotten. I came to this place as I was visiting cousins in the area. The job was rushed and so was drying my nails. I was annoyed when the owner turned off the mini fan (after just 5 mins) and was told I was done. She didnt even touch my nails to check if they were already dry.
