Rose was my go to place, started of really really good. Last two times I went in they did horrible on my dip. This most recent time they didn’t even clean up the excess dip around my nail so they’re starting to lift already, I got them done three days ago. When I told the lady that my right hand was a completely different length she just looked at me and snatched my hand. Very sad to see their customer service go down hill.

I have been going to Rose Nail for awhile and have never had a bad experience and Jayden is the best nail tech in Abilene i have ever met with full skill set. She takes her time to perfect the shape,which important to me because I’m very particular about the shape of my nail, and my nails looking natural. Crystal nails it every single time. The lady I had was rude and she rushed through the massaging part of the pedicure, my water was cold, she had cut me and I started to bleed, I was really upset, my toes hurt. Not ever going to this place again. It was not a pleasant experience, this is supposed to be relaxing, rejuvenating but it raised my anxiety and anger. I really hope she gets better training to make the experience pleasant.

Went in for a pedicure with my daughter. They got us in right away. They asked us what kind of pedicure we wanted. My daughter chose the Tropical Pedi and I chose the volcano pedicure. My Pedi water was already running and was boiling hot. The lady told me to put my feet in. Then she came back with a bucket and told me to take my feet out. She began to scoop the water out from the tub around my legs and dump it into another pedicure tub. I had no idea what was going on and it was very awkward. Then another lady came back and showed her how to empty the water. They put a packet of something in the water and then it turned into jelly which I wasn’t expecting, because I asked for the volcano pedicure. The pedicure was the most rough and fast pedicure that I have ever received. Massage was horrible. She nicked me a few times on my cuticles on my toes and just kept going like it was nothing. My nails are crooked and not even shaped well. She put scalding hot towels on my legs and even when I mentioned it she didn’t seem concerned. Half way through she asked me if my daughter was my friend and I said no, she is my daughter. Then her and the gentleman doing my daughter’s pedicure began talking about it. She looked at me and said she told him that was my daughter and they couldn’t believe it because of her size. (Which I felt was rude and meant in a very derogatory way.) Our pedicures total, from beginning to end, lasted maybe 30 minutes. I chose a $65 pedicure! I was hoping for more than that. Everything was rushed and just horrible attention to detail. When we went to pay they tried to charge me for a jelly pedicure, which is what they gave me, but that is not what I selected or wanted. She went and asked 3 people and came back and said that she was only going to charge me for the Volcano pedicure. I spent $105 for 2 horrible pedicures that lasted 30 minutes. I won’t be back and won’t be recommending them to anyone.
