Sooo this was my very first time here!! I usually go to Casey’s or Happy Nails, depending on my mood but Happy Nails has been closed down for a while now and Casey and James are on vacation and I needed a place to go! So I called a bunch of places in Madison, on a Saturday and of course all them were about to close or already were, so I started my Google search in Seymour, next best place besides Clarksville or somewhere farther! Looked at a bunch of pictures and Rose Nail is where I ended up, and so glad I did! I didn’t catch the guys name or his wife’s, but he was very friendly and talkative and his wife was quiet he did a fantastic job on my nails and she done great on my toes! I’ll definitely be back for some of those amazing Tips and other designs yall have! Will post some of those pictures too

I made an appointment on Wednesday to come to get my nails done on Friday at 2. I showed about 10 minutes before 2. I sat watching them do pedicures. I was ok with setting until 2 . So 2 came and then 2:15 2:20 then I got upset. They took the lady they were doing the pedicure and started her nails while I set and watched. I said did she have an appointment? The lady said no she didn’t have an appointment. The Owner said there is just 2 of us….I said you need to hire someone…so, don’t expect to be 1st even though you make an appointment. They don’t understand customer loyalty. I will never go back.

Critical: QualityThey got me in quick… that was the only positive. My toenails were trimmed too short then filed down to the point of pain. Polish was applied sloppy. Dip powder on my nails is crooked and extremely uneven. Just moved so tried it out… will not return.Services: Pedicure, Manicure

I have not been there in two years because I always set up appointments so I would not have to wait. Well they told me that I would have to wait because a lady had been there waiting for a long time without an appointment and they were taking her next. I told them what good was it to make appointments if they were not going to accept them and walked out. The place had several people getting pedicures and they all listened to what was said. I have noticed that this business is not busy anymore.

Dan and Nancy are great at what they do. My nails always look amazing, and they are so friendly. Dan always is giggling and enjoying talking with his clients. The salon is always clean and as are the utensils. This is not always the case with other salons. Reasonably priced, great customer service and fun to be around..

Was a bit disappointed, I did a walk-in and it was a bit of a wait . However a lady came in about 30 mins after I got there , she sat beside one of the girls that had already been there and before I knew it, somehow she managed to jump in the seat right after I had already been waiting and went before me. I’m assuming bc the girl that had just got hers done since knowing one another just having the lady squeeze in , in front of me. Also, someone had made an appointment over the phone while I was there to come in , knowing I was already waiting, and she showed up an hour after I had already been there and she also managed to jump in front of me. I know appointments are first, but if people were already waiting, they shouldn’t just skip to them bc they called in. Had I of known that while I was sitting there I would have made a call for an appointment !!!!! After this visit, it will be my last!!!

I called a day ahead to set up an appt. Got there for my appt. and they didn’t have us scheduled. I even told the owner what time I called the day before and that I spoke with a female…he said he didn’t have a call from me…I even tried to show him on my phone where I called and the duration of the call. He wasn’t intrested in looking at my phone. .. Nope we waited. Waited. Probably about 45 mins to still not get any service. we decided to go elsewhere. Ridiculous. Not good customer service.
