I watched everyone but me being greeted warmly and with a smile. I was smiling. I was cordial. Said thank you when necessary. I guess the lady who had to do my pedicure really did not want to because she was rude and throwing supplies around. She was getting snippy with me. I watched them give someone else the royal treatment pedicure. I sat there a half hour watching her and I’m sure she was there a while before then. Meanwhile, I wanted the deluxe pedicure as well and the woman was already starting to paint my toes after 15 minutes. My toe nails weren’t even painted and I left because I was tired of being treated like that for no reason. I was given no discount. Only an apology. I will never come back.

The lady that did my pedi did a great job, but they did not inform me that the color i chose was only for your nails on my hands. I had chosen a baby blue color that was on the powder chart and they put a colts blue on my toes. This was not the color I wanted to wear on vacation. They proceeded to tell me the color I chose was only for my hands and I said how am I suppost to know that!!! They told me they could change it for $10 more dollars..

Horrible! I wanted white nails and she told me not to because they turn yellow. Appreciate the warning; I’ll take the risk. What she should’ve been worrying about is applying the gel so damn thick and not letting it dry properly so now there are black spots on every other nail. Also, my friend and I were charged different prices for the same exact services. Never again!

Stopped in here unplanned. Should’ve read the reviews before we went. I took my ten year old to get a fill in and her toes done and this is what she says: They don’t let you pick your own colors. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis place used to good work but not anymore. My daughter-in-law and I both had mani-pedis and they insulted my daughter-in-law while doing her pedicure. Made several derogatory remarks about her feet. And the manicures were very sloppy. Polish was just slopped everywhere. And they over charged us as well. Don’t waist you time going there. Love my experience was introduced to the dip and I live it. They were able to take my artificial acrylic off with out breaking my real nails. Lets just say I was super nervous at first but the professional tech eased my mind!!!❤❤❤
