2 stars only for the lady who barley spoke English at all but was very nice when she corrected my nails. The man who sits in the first seat with all the businesses credentials right above his photo I’m assuming he’s maybe manager owner that’s hard for me to say because that would be a complete shock he did my nails January 8th 2023 I wanted almond shaped nails not very long at all and with a French tip I showed him the picture my nails turned out nothing like what I asked for so I got the nerve to ask them to repaint my nails since apparently French tip was too hard for them to conquer afterwards I could tell there was a lot of talking behind my back in their language the lady that fixed my nails was very very sweet and I tipped her $10 so that means I spent $60 on my nails they weren’t even worth $35 she did almost mess my nails up while fixing them because she started to paint them French tip on top of the color that I was changing to because she didn’t understand English so she just picked up a few words she heard me say to my mother that sat next to me. There was a younger guy I watched doing this one younger lady’s nails and he did a absolutely fantastic job I heard him say his name was Danny and the customer was very pleased and wanted to come back to always see him from this point on. I will not be going back here and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here unless you’re used to nails that are different shapes lengths and have different bumps in them it’s a really low quality nail place and it really motivates me to want to move faster with learning acrylic nails because we need not only people who can speak our language and understand exactly what we want but someone who can give us that also.

Worst customer service unclean and overpriced. Left with ruined nails that came off in 3days along with fungus and over charged. When I didn’t want a service offered the woman became mad and gave me a rushed job. Went in for a fill and pedicure for myself mani and pedi for my daughter and a full set for my friend. After waiting 45 min she starting ripping my nails off and when I told her I only wanted a fill she became very hostile replaced the 3 she took off and was paper thin flat with lumps and with ruff sides. Never received my pedicure. My friends full set lasted 9days and my daughter never got even relieved a service after taking 3 diff. Ladies and 1 gentleman first that came in about 25 minutes after us. ALL 3 OF US GOT NAIL FUNGUS

My daughter and I went for a mani & Pedi. The people were very nice but their workmanship is seriously lacking. The man who did my 8 yr old daughters nails left bubbles in her polish. The lady who did my Mani was just going through the motions & not really pushing down my cuticles or anything (she literally just ran the tool over & barely under my fingers) & gel polish had streaks. We couldn’t stay to get them fixed because we had dinner plans. My daughter’s Mani chipped in less than 24 hrs. I will not be going back & I don’t recommend.

2-16-22 A fill … I normally don’t give a bad reviews . My nails were long ,with Acrylic ,and then gel polish. The woman did the fill .I now had thick ,uneven mis shaped nails . I told her they didn’t look right, they are all different .She acted like there was nothing wrong. I asked her to just soak them off at this point , thinking polish would make them look worse . She did,and while I was soaking, she shut of the desk light . It Felt rude ,and like I was to blame for asking her to remove her mess ( I was very nice the entire time ) well thank god it was time to go, even with my now short ,natural nails . I go to check out, she charged me $30 lol, with a attitude to boot , I paid the lady and left. (No responsibility taken for a bad job.. Even a co worker questioned her, looking at my nails ,giving me uncomfortable smile ) Terrible experience, with the lady at the first desk

Nice people but not service. Went in to have nails filled and noticed they barely applied the acrylic powder that is needed for fill. Two days later, three of my nails chipped. Would not recommend.

I looked for a place that I liked for awhile before discovering this gem. I am more thankful after the pandemic as they were clean before pandemic but now they are clean and amazingly conscious of making their customers feel at ease. I got an acrylic fill here last week and they looked fine but after 6 days, one of my nails started to lift and then fell off. When I got it fixed by the same person (male owner/manager), the nail wasn’t even the same shape as my other nails and it looks awful. Do yourself a favor and go to Lovely Nails if you want nice, professional acrylic nails!

I am local resident and have gone to many nail salons in the area. This place is top notch and I won’t go anywhere else. They may seem a little more pricey but the products they use and they time they spend with their customers is completely worth it. The deluxe pedicure is the best I have ever gotten and they take their time and do a good job. I have smooth skin on my feet and my skin is sensitive. They have never used any of those strong abrasive foot sloughing tools on my feet. They pay attention to the client and give them the best treatment. I’ve gone to many places and the people working their are like robots – doing the same thing on every person. My nails were getting dried out and unhealthy at other salons but since coming to Rose my nails are getting healthy again. Also they are very clean here and autoclave their tools and soak them in cleaning solutions. I trust this place and the owners are very nice people who care about their customers.

Always pleasant, always smiling! They do a terrific pedicure here and is always top notch. The “Deluxe Pedi” is the bomb, the leg & foot massage is killer! The new chairs offer an incredible seated massage while you are pampered. Give them a try, you won’t regret it. Super affordable too!
