Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe green was the inspiration pic.. the blue is what I received.. i have no idea where 4.1 stars came from but i was leaving for a trip the very next day.. this was the absolute worst ive ever received with my nails. I had left over glue all over my nails and finger tips.. nails are bumpy and she didnt even do them the way i wanted. The work was beyond rushed. My toes and the lady who did my toes did beautifully, positive attitude and talkative. The women who did my acrylics believe it or not WAS THE WOMEN WHO WAS IN CHARGE! Shes rough with you i kept telling her to please stop yanking my hand and she said “okay” and would proceed to do it again. When i would tell her i didnt like something and id like it fixed in a nice way shed huff and puff and roll her eyes at me and would just pretend she did something. I got so frustrated towards the end and just wanted to leave that i quit telling her what i didnt like and let her finish. I had an appointment set for 3:30pm And didnt leave until after 6:30pm.. its horrible how they treat paying customers.. i have 10 nails and in a week 8/10 nails popped off my hands.. disgusting. Also not to mention they use products that theyve used on other clients.. WERE STILL IN COVID PEOPLE W. T. F. NEVER AGAIN.. Critical: Quality, ValueAsked for a specific Manicure and pedicure (even showed pictures) and got a totally different thing. I got French tip nails and she only painted the white . With my manicure she didn’t even clean under my nails and all that stuff she just continued.
