I have visited this place few times in the past because of regular soreness. All the times in the past, the staff has been very professional and helped my soreness go away after deep tissue massage. My recent experience has not been good as staff is not that professional anymore and I felt that the masseuse was novice and was not professional at all. She was more focused talking about the tip than my foot soreness. I will search for some other massage center with more specialized staff. Bye bye Rose massage. You lost a customer because of your poor customer service.

Nice place, very clean and inviting. The staff is very friendly, however, since Cindy left, I am going to follow her to her new salon. She knew exactly where my pain points were and knew how to work them out. Its a big loss for Rose Massage.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! No matter what massage or how long you get it for, they insist on a 20% tip! They pressure you into giving it. They’re super unprofessional. Honestly if I could give no stars I would! Terrible customer service, and overall just a horrible place to go in general!!!
