I called to get in sight about getting a hair trim that is shaped like a v. The lady was very polite and said yes they can and to come around 12 pm. Then I proceed and go to the business and I explain to her that I want a trim and shape like a v with that I also showed the lady exactly how it should look. she told me to wait for her and show as well and explain. I sit down and then explained that I want a trim and shaped like a v and not to cut to much hair off and showed her 2 examples of how I want it. She spun me around and started. I have extensions in and I know they’re are more easier to manipulate and also had a previous cut like I asked for from another stylist but she is in New York. When she turned me around to show me her work I was mortified that I couldn’t speak. I told her this is not how it’s supposed to look or feel and it’s shorter. She said she can fix it and texturize it to make flow properly. I didn’t want to sit back down but I did and she tried again and I was even more upset on how it looked that I told her it’s not right and I just need to go. I paid and cried in my car for awhile. I picked myself up and called them and asked is there anyway to rectify the situation because my extensions aren’t cheap. I paid around 500 for my bundles hautelocks in Hollywood and around 200 for my closure from yummy extensions. She swas polite and stated why I didn’t stop her halfway I told her even if I was to stop her halfway it still was ruined and she said yeah. All I wanted was for them to replace my damaged extensions that I had to throw away. She told me no the owner wouldn’t without asking. I’m still upset about my experience and pics are there to show how bad it is.

Critical: Punctuality, ValueI went in Vanessa took care of me I went in at 11am ask to get a color and highlight she put on highlights first on top of the red then added the color I left with 5 colors orange my hair super dried then it was and I was so unsatisfied told the owner she said she will give me a discount on keratin that I need a keratin like we’re is the professionalisms from the shop mind me I went and got a facial as well so I spent 280! And was there 11am-7pm the next day I had to go correct my color and they told me they should’ve removed the color first before applying all those highlights they made my hair dry!! And I left so unhappy! I am writing this review not based on their work but more so the unprofessional way they handle their clients appointments. I was a new client and made an appointment for 10am 1/31/20. Upon arrival the doors were locked and shortly after the stylist arrived late. Then another client arrived for the same 10am appointment, the stylist says I can only take one of you. At this point I decide to leave as if they are this unprofessional with client’s time then I don’t want them working on my hair. My time is very valuable as well, I had scheduled someone to watch my 2 year old so I could get a 3 hour service done. Upon leaving I called the owner who booked the appointment and she explains that the other clients stylist called out last minute as her son is sick. I get that things happen but the stylist at the salon was for my appointment so there should have been no question as who she was going to take. The other client should have waited or either rescheduled. Beware if they do not value the client’s time why would they value their hair, first impression is the last impression.

I found Rose Salon Spa when I moved to Lake Worth in 2015. I was in need of finding a salon that was close to me. I walked in to ask questions and I received my service right away. I ask Vanessa if this is the same keratin from last time she said yes and when I complained to the owner she said they stop selling the strong one so this is a different keratin that means theyre lying.. and they want to pay me another $100 so total of $300 for keratin! No way! I gave it a 2 only because the girl was nice – I am new the Area & tried this place out – I just got a gel manicure & a pedi – the pedi was not a true pedi experience, basically it was a person painting your toes , no hot towels no cream massage , no scrub no dead skin removal & the chair just vibrated that’s it .
