Nice people and good customer services, but after a few times of going to them I noticed a huge difference in my natural curl pattern. My hair is not the same. I’ve heard several times that these salons use perm products in customers hair , I now definitely believe it!

A few months ago my hair style was $45 and its always been that amount. My hair length goes to my butt its quite long. I go there last month expecting to pay the same amount. I got a deep conditioning and straightening and had to pay $80 for something I could have done myself. I was told the price AFTER services were performed. My hair also lasted TWO DAYS. My hair texture has never been the same, it used to be soft and silky, and now it’s a bushy and tangled mess. They have ruined my hair texture and I had to pay them to ruin it!

This review is for the barbershop. This shop NEVER opens on time. The hours are posted on the door but they must operate on a different time zone or something? The guy in the first seat (appears to be the owner or shop manager) is rude and lacks customer service skills. They do not properly sanitize their equipment and use the same dirty razors over and over again on multiple clients. I wonder if all the barbers are even licensed. Patronize this establishment with extreme caution!

Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI’ve Been going to Rose for a couple of years now and every time my hair come out gorgeous and feeling healthier. Tons of PROS Rose salon is also a mini well stocked beauty supply store ,so even if your not getting a styling service, the shop has popular products for purchase at same or similar prices as a stand alone beauty supply chain. There’s a sister company barber shop adjacent to the salon that’s is great and I can get my sons a line up while I’m getting a wash plus It’s at a really Convenient location. CONS… Only one who speaks good English is Rose herself and always has to translate your needs back to stylist even over the phone many times since she’s not always present. The language barrier makes it awkward and a little frustrating when your trying to convey a message about your styling preferences. Most Importantly should have been at the Top is TIMING ⏱ THEY ARE SO SLOW smh wash/ set and style on a slow day or any day I’ve gone at that takes up to 4 hours from checking in to waving goodbye. It is the worse I love this salon but if I need to quick 2 hours run thru to touch up my hair and get some place at a timely manner Rose’s ain’t in no hurry Honey so I’ve had to take my tresses elsewhere to utilize time and task accordingly when I just don’t got time to waste. Despite the cons it’s greats prices best in the city in my opinion. The ladies are friendly, timely, and do an awesome job. The salon is clean, roomy, and peaceful. All Covid19 protocols were followed. I felt comfortable and relaxed. I recommend visiting early as they get busy very quickly. I will continue to visit ❤.
