Critical: Professionalism, QualityI was in there Friday, I got a dip manicure, and shellac pedicure. Unfortunately, I notice yesterday that my nails were cracked. I called yesterday at 1 and explained what was going on the gentleman on the phone asked what time I could come in and I told him 3. I showed up at 245, only to be told that they couldn’t take me until after 5, I was not able to come back at that time and informed him of this. He then told me to come back when you guys opened today. I showed up at 12:30 and what I believe was the owner/manager was extremely rude! While trying to explain to him the situation he continued to cut me off, was not trying to hear anything I had to say, and said well I can’t help you for another 45 minutes. I’m leaving for a family trip in an hour and could not wait that long. I have been trying to get my nails fixed since yesterday and keep get told to come back! This is absolutely ridiculous! My husband and I were in there on Friday and spent over 200 dollars, just for my nails to be cracked the next day, and get the run around when trying to just simple have them fixed! This was my third time in the shop, the first 2 times were great, but I guess that was only because it was your first couple of weeks open and you guys were trying to gain customers.
