I have been here three times, each time made an appt ahead and only once actually got a massage. The first time I was 5-7 min late, which is on me, and I was told that they couldn’t accommodate me since I was late. I thought it was a little strange that they didn’t call me to make sure I was on my way or make it clear ahead of time that it is a very strict time policy, but mostly I understood that time. I made an appointment for the following week, I was on time for that one and I got a good massage, good customer service. Then the third time I made an appointment a day ahead for 10:30 AM and I walked in the door at 10:32 AM and was told that because I was late they had taken someone else in for a massage and couldn’t see me. It seems like they may have a policy of overbooking and then Doing first come first serve, which it seems to me they should probably make a lot more explicit to their customers. Definitely a disappointed would-be consumer here!

Positive: Professionalism, QualityI gave this place a try and felt very satisfied. The therapist is very nice and polite and she gave me a great deep tissue massage. Nice place with professional masseuses. It was relaxing, the price is average, overall a decent place to get a massage. I didn’t like the smell of the oil they use, though i couldn’t tell till after the massage was done since i was so immersed in the experience.

Eric has very strong hands and is able to work the knots out of my back. He is very attentive to if you jump and changes how hard he is pushing while on the other hand if you need to have more pressure then he accommodates. Rose day massage is a great place to get a massage. They treat you like family and care how you are doing. If you want a massage that is more than worth your time and money go to Rose day Massage!

Visited this Chinese massage for the first time today; very pleased. Had a 60 minute combination massage. They listened to my pressure preference (firm) and confirmed pressure multiple times during the massage – to ensure it wasn’t too firm. Massage rooms are curtained off for privacy or ‘open’ for fully clothed massage. They identified my ‘trouble’ places and took care of them without my communicating what I needed; as expected. Very satisfied and highly recommend them. Their English requires patience; the massage was definitely worth it.

just had a WONDERFUL time here. The therapist is very nice,knowledgeable,gentle and professional. She really listens and cares. She asked where my trouble spots were before she started and made sure her pressure is comfortable. After we got done she told me all the tightest sports and suggested different exercises for me to utilize to stretch these tight spots. The atmosphere and music is also relaxing. I will come again
