Today was the first time my husband & I came to Rose Couture Nail Salon. The customer service was AMAZING! From the moment we walked in we checked in using their I-pads & right away we’re greeted by DON who was very welcoming & attentive. Right away he sat us at our pedicure station and turned on the water for us. He called us by our name and told us that our nail tech would be right with us, all while giving us a complementary drink. My pedicure tech was amazing, I loved that she gave me an amazing foot massage. The attention to detail is on another level, after a client would leave someone would come clean the chairs & make sure they were clean for the next client. They have beautiful scenery of the beach playing on every TV. Let’s not forget about their decor, absolutely adorable ! Such an instagram picture moment ! I would rate this establishment a 10/10 stars, this has been by far the best experience I’ve had. They have won our business ! Will definitely be coming back! Actually I have already Scheduled my next appointment for this Thursday ! 🙂

Today my daughter and I visited this location and yes the business is pretty and staff was nice. However we got a full set of dip and designs the dip isn’t even covering a portion of my nail and the top coat has started to wrinkle and come off. Daughters nails we asked for dip and he did acrylic without even asking first! Also both of us left with sore fingers and injuries to our fingers from the files and when I said something was just sorry and kept going very painful!!! Will sadly not be going back for the amount I paid not happy with full outcome! Now side not the design is beautiful whoever when I gently washed my hands there is started to chip! Update when I woke up the next day the design is peeling off not sure I do much in my sleep very sad!

Beautifully decorated and styled nail salon! Very clean, AMAZING customer service. I love the IPad check-in system. I was lucky to walk in and they had availability, but it seemed busy even for a weekday. I would highly recommend setting an appointment.

Just left RC and got a manicure and pedicure. The salon is cute, yes, however, the nail tech who did my manicure did a very poor job and blamed my nails for being too short. My gel was terribly bumpy and she redid my thumb nail but the end result was still bad. The services are expensive so the quality should be great not poor! Please find another salon in Prosper/Celina/Frisco to go to that has better quality work. If the salon looks into this which I highly doubt seeing all the bad reviews without a response, yes I did tip because the male nail tech who did my pedicure did amazing and was so sweet! And yes I was a walk-in which is not an excuse for poor work when I paid for services. Overall disappointed.

Mike did an fabulous job on my daughter’s nails! He nailed the picture down and my daughter loves everything about how he did it..the shape, the design, and the intricate details. His attention to detail is impeccable! This nail bar has got the process down. They are very efficient from the time we checked in til they were done with her nails and pedicure. Thank you, guys!

To start off, I made my appointment online for 4:30 pm, got to the nail salon, was greeted and didn’t start my appointment until 4:55. When I was greeted I was told to check in and I did so using my appointment and was asked again to tap what services I wanted. I simply tapped “Nail Extensions”, “Dip Powder” and “Chrome”. I was asked to pick out my color (a light pink), and an older lady with a tablet went and grabbed my color. I sat down at the table and this is where I waited for roughly 25 minutes before I was even talked to. My nail lady (I don’t remember her name) came out to me, a little quiet but thats no problem (I actually prefer that). She does a great job shaping my nails so I appreciate that but she goes to apply the color and it’s closer to a hot pink. I wait until a few more coats are applied because sometimes the color will look different than when it’s first applied and notice after that, it’s not the right color. She almost seemed annoyed that I asked her to change the color because it’s not what I picked out and made me feel guilty for changing it. I told her I apologize for not saying something sooner and explain that sometimes it does change colors slightly and she just ignored me. At this point, I was frustrated as I imagine she was also. She gets out her tool to remove the old polish and uses the rounded tip and hits my fingers several times at a high speed (no apology again). She takes that off, applies the new color, uses a top coat on my nails and says I’m good to go once I wash my hands. Totally forgets about the chrome. At this point I am tired of correcting mistakes and now running 30 minutes behind because I waited for 25 minutes and add an extra 5 minutes because she had to remove one whole hand of dip powder. I tell the person I was greeted by and the receptionist about my experience and all I got was an apology- no discount. I paid $55 for my dip powder with extensions and gave a $10 tip because although I didn’t get what I asked for, she did do a good job with what she gave me- that’s why I gave 2 stars. I was told the manicurist forgot to grab the ticket to see what I wanted. Isn’t that her job? Why have your clients go through two separate screens to select what they want (one online and one in person) when the manicurist forgets to grab the paper? I was told I would be taken care of next time but needless to say this was my first time visiting and probably won’t be returning.
