I relocated to the area and was looking for a new stylist. I have no idea how long to book an appointment because I do not know what I should do to help my hair. I stopped in just to ask quickly about making an appointment and was told abruptly to just call. I wasn’t even allowed to explain myself and that I would be happy to call but it’s not like I know what should or services can be done. If the woman can’t talk to me in person for more than 5 seconds, how is she going to answer the phone to even make an appointment. I’d give a zero rating for the rudeness and cold treatment if I could.

Rose & Co. Salon truly is a life saver! Every associate there is welcoming with big smiles and a caring heart. The salon has an exquisite and warming atmosphere; feels like home. Previous to visiting Rose & Co. I have had multiple terrifying experiences so I gave up on a hair salon and getting my thick, long and Italian hair routinely cut. Until I went to Rose & Co. Salon! Rose shampooed, cut and styled my hair to look breathtaking. She is amazing at what she does as well as her fellow associates. I want to thank this salon for all of their hard work and making me feel comfortable and enjoy going to the salon again! I recommend this salon to everyone! Rose & Company did hair and makeup for my best friends wedding party and they were AMAZING. Rose would not let any of us get out of our chairs until everything was perfect. Daughter went in for 1st time because usual salon not avail and had event to go to this eve. She has normally medium brown hair and friend put a black box dye on her that was spotty so she wanted it colored back to her regular medium brown hair. My daughter showed them the color she wanted. Not only did she not get the color but it was pretty much the same color she went in with maybe a shade lighter and had to fix because roots came out yellow/orange. Don’t think she should have been charged for the coloring because it was essentially the same color and not what she asked for.
