Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWanted to like this place as it got a lot of good reviews but my experience was very bad.I made a reservation for a haircut at 5:30pm about a week ago which was accepted by the business. It was then rescheduled by the barbershop to 5:00pm the night before. This was a bit of a red flag since I planned this around when I get off of work, but I decided to leave a little early as I needed a haircut.I get to the barbershop and the barber I made a reservation with left without notifying me, and another barber cut my hair. The fade on the haircut was okay but I mentioned that I wanted 1/2 inch cut from the top. Instead he proceeds to cut it incredibly short. Really botched my hair and going to have to wear a hat for a week or two.Biggest complaint is that I made a reservation with a barber who I read had good reviews and he decides to change the appointment time and not show up. I went for a haircut for the first time at Rose City Barbershop was bad. I had Chris for the first time (I wished I didn’t) he rushed into the cut. Took around 15 mins he did the fade was good and then he said he was done so I was like i need to shorten the top too he did couple scissors cut and finished. The worst thing a barber can do is rush a cut.

New Barbershop in Pasadena. Best haircut in Pasadena hands down. Barbershop has a very welcoming feel to it and the owner Chris definitely knows what he’s doing. The parking is also easy. There’s plenty of street parking. So if you’re in town I definitely recommend you come here for a haircut.

An amazing barbershop!!! Chris does an awesome job who is respectful and professional. Wouldn’t trust anyone else cutting my hair or my beard. The shop has reasonable prices with great vibes. The shop has a man cave design with TVs on the walls to keep up with sports.

Great new barbershop in the Pasadena/Altadena neighborhood. Cris is friendly, takes his time, and gives a fresh looking cut every time. The shop is clean with some nice flatscreens to watch while you get your haircut. Can’t beat these haircuts at these prices!
