Rose did Butterfly Locs for me. My hair was long and full prior to her braiding. She braided extremely tight. Her sister kept asking her if she thought the braids were too tight. But she kept stating no, it’s fine. I didn’t realize how tight until that night. I tried everything to loosen them. She assisted along the way with no success. 6 days in I had to resolve to taking it down. Most of my hair fell out. 1.5 inches of my edges we bald down to the scalp. I cried for a week straight. Never ever have I dealt with my hair like this. She apologized profusely & agreed to refund my $200 but only paid half then ghosted me. I DON’T RECOMMEND HER AT ALL. DON’T DO IT!!!!
