First time visitor. Was asked to pay for my pedicure before my feet touched the water. I’ve never been blatantly humiliated, and discriminated against before in my life until coming here. If you are a person of color do not support this business. Support someone you know, or go elsewhere. If I could leave less than a star I would.

I’ve been coming to this place for a while now, I love how they do nails. Like I had an incident two days ago (I made the mistake to go to a different nail place) and my nails were ugly and my left toe nail was an ugly mess. And these ladies were nice enough to help me out with my situation I had going on… Yea this place care about your nails and your satisfaction. Some times the people can be rude, just try to work around that. Overall good place to get what you want done

Sat there for 2 1/2 to get a manicure with my daughter. He left in the middle of the manicure to go take his kid to choir and then they messed up the art on our nails and had to take it off. They over charged me $15 when they charged me for a unicorn paint job that they had to take off because it looked like a DONKEY!! They didn’t use oils or lotions at all. The following day both mine and my daughter’s gel manicures chipped. She had three nails chipping and I had two. They refused to fix them and wanted to charge me $10 to repair them even though we were just there less than 24 hours ago. DONT GO HERE!!! They are rip offs!!

Worse place in East La! I brought my mom here and once we walked inside Amy asked if what we were getting. My mom said pedicure. Place was crowded and she told us where to sit but we didn’t hear and she yelled at us Hellooooo here and rolled her eyes. Extremely rude! I only stayed because my mom said to just brush it off and ignore it. Finally when done she charged us $4 extra for the pedicure when we didn’t even ask for the spa service we told her what we wanted and she said ok ok just sit here. Worst customer service and she was mixing nail polishes of different colors while we were paying. So warning if you pick a color you might get it darker or lighter. Dirty unsanitary place and rude! Never coming here again

Staff is friendly but I just don’t like some things from this nail salon. First off they gave a person in training to do my moms nails, which did not come out good. Also, this guy who did my acrylic nails cut my skin with the nail filer and I was bleeding. Not going back ever.

Was okay the lady that I got was hella rude she complained about my nails being too short (I bite them) and I ignored it but she keep saying it over and over and I told her the other place can do it she keep quit however, she did one nail all bad and I notice once she added the color and she said she fixed it but didn’t she rushed to a new customer I get it it gets busy but I told her to fix something that she did not do and the end she waited for me to tip her like no boo boo you did not fix what I told you. Update : my nails didn’t even last 3 weeks usually my nails last about 1 month or more I usually refill them but they did not NEVER AGAIN will I be going back …

First time here today, got a mani and pedi. I had one girl doing my feet and in the middle of the pedicure, another girl was doing my manicure. The pedicure came out great, but my fingernails came out all different cut sizes, and rough I asked her to fix it and she only made it worse making one of my fingernails chip. At the end of the drying process, the girl doing my pedicure came to check if my toenails were dried yet and made a dent in the fresh polish after pressing on my foot. Horrible that they could get something so simple skrewed up. I’m sticking to Top Nails in Whittier and Soto.
