Critical: Professionalism, QualityWorst Haircut (Heck Worst Human Interaction) of my life.Salon NO, Old mans barbershop maybe. Stopped in for a quick women’s trim. Left with a too short, horridly layered, frizzed out disaster. I’m shy anticonfrontational so I left thinking I’d take a shower and it would be fine. Took a selfie in the car to show my Boyfriend, then cried on the way home.After showering realized it was actually even worse than I thought. I own a business and would really want someone to tell me if they had such a horrid experience, specially before reviewing. The stylist should know, if she can’t do a Woman’s Cut, don’t take a woman’s cut! So, went back the next day to show the owner.Worst decision. The stylist and owner said they didn’t do this horrid haircut (at least they realized it was bad). Told me over and over I was a liar, crazy, and to get out. Refused to look at the TIME STAMPED photo from directly after the appointment. As if I would go home and do this disaster to myself??? I was shaking I was so furious. It was a huge deal for me to go back and speak up for myself, I never once thought It would turn into THIS. Never felt so judged (kept staring at me as if I was the biggest hoodlum), humiliated, angry, sad.. everything. After a trim?!! Still actually blows my mind.Women beware.Gentleman don’t go here. This owner couldn’t be any further from a Gentleman himself. Just imagine if your daughter had this experience. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been going here for over 15 years, extremely professional and reasonably priced. Since the pandemic in Feb 2020, they are Covid conscious and take all the necessary precautions to protect their customers and themselves.Over the years I have tried multiple different places from fancy to other neighborhood barbers but nothing beats this place.If you are here around Christmas you might even get a small grappa to cheer the season.Highly recommend for all ages.Service: HairstylingI have been going here for over 15 years, extremely professional and reasonably priced. I have been going here for over 15 years, extremely professional and reasonably priced. Since the pandemic in Feb 2020, they are Covid conscious and take all the necessary precautions to protect their customers and themselves.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI still make the 45 minute drive to Rosario’s even though I left New Rochelle in the 80’s. So many clients I encounter there have the same loyalty, and why not? Nothing fancy but consistently quality results from folks who care about their work.
