Not sure how they have such great reviews. I was here 8/31. It’s been 3 days and my $30 gel polish is cracking on both hands. Nail tech did not speak English and cut my nails down when I asked for just a file. She then filed my nails crooked! Also have cuticles on every nail. Cuticles were not cut properly. I was so sad about my nails being shortened. The gel polish is now cracking just 3 days later.

I went there 2 days before my bday. I felt like a queen after they were done with my hair. I got highlights for the first time and my hair came out amazing. Critical: Quality, ValueI’m not usually one to give a bad review, but in this case, I felt lead to. The price did not reflect the haircut, style and color quality. I’m not sure what products they use to dye hair or highlight, but the outcome is going to be a frizz ball.I came in hoping to avoid the overpriced hair salons, but I probably should have just gone to one at the end of the day for the amount of money that I paid; I would have left a much happier customer.Their customer service is excellent, however; that’s not all we’re paying for. My cut, style, color and highlights came out to be in the hundreds. The mani/pedi didn’t las; by the second day my nails were chipping, and by the fifth day, half the nail polish was off.As for the haircut, I have only two layers that aren’t even or blending well. As for the color, I have patches. And as for the style or blow dry, by the time I walked out of the salon, it was a frizzy mess. If you’re looking for a traditional haircut, this is the place to go. However; if you’re looking to do something more modern with edge and pizazz, I wouldn’t recommend this place. You’re better off going to a high end salon for what they charge here. Now I have to pay the price and spend double just to get it fixed. Had my hair cut by Lupe, she followed direction perfectly, made it seem as is she’s been cutting my hair for years.
