Friendly, however I will NOT return. Told the stylist to take an inch off my hair she cut off MORE than 2 inches.. I had a BASIC, SIMPLE layered haircut and I walked out with a “bob”. When your client tells you what they want and the stylist does what THEY want is completely UNACCEPTABLE! DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND! Haircut

I am so bumbed. I love Ilda. She has talent. But the communication was Horrible. Her English was almost Non Existent. It will be 6 weeks until my hair is as long as I want it. I literally showed her the exact length I wanted well she went another 3/4 of an inch. That’s a lot for a guy. It bothers me that folks that live in this Great Country and pay for their home and family and food by working can’t learn the native tongue “English” after that long. Cuz I can’t go back if I can’t tell her what I need….. Sad

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualitySo I had made an appointment and I went in and I still had to wait and the person I had shown what’s I wanted was understanding about the style and I had even shown her what I DIDNT want so she had an idea of what I wanted exactly but she literally did exactly what I didnt want one side of my hair is long than the other side and I had to tell her to disinfect the chair because they weren’t disinfecting anything. I took my daughter to get her haircut there. Sean was the stylist that worked on her. He’s absolutely terrible! If your not a man he doesn’t know what he’s doing. My daughter asked for one inch off but he took it upon himself to cut 5 inches and the cut looks choppy. My first experience there my and my last!

This place is fantastic, especially for Military haircuts. I’ve been in the Army Reserve for 12 years, and I always groan when I get a haircut outside of a military installation, because they never get it quite right. Here, I got one of the best Army haircut I’ve ever gotten by a barber. I’m not exaggerating. Go to this place!
