Was so disappointed with my foot spa service this morning. I had a male tech doing this and he was not as thorough doing it. ( not my first time here ) Even ignored my callous skin by the lateral right big toe until i pointed it out that he also “scrub it “ In a hurry even thought we were only two customers. I have been coming to this salon for almost 10 years now and normally have a good experience. google said the salon closed at 7:30 so I came in at 5:30 to get a fill. Person did my nails so rushed I didn’t get what I asked for even though I said it multiple times . I wanted pink and white (meaning colored acrylic powder nails) I got clear acrylic with gel painted tips. You can see the discoloration from my last fill through my new set. Hurt me multiple times having the drill way too fast and touching my skin. The nails are uneven and hurting. I didn’t see this persons license and tools were clearly dirty from other customers . On top of terrible experience I was charged the same price as a full set. If I wanted a student to do my nails I’d go to the beauty school and pay less! No tip this was crazy

I recommend this place to all of my friends! They are very professional and particular, they take their time and will make sure your nails are absolutely perfect before you leave, even if that means correcting little mistakes. I’ve been going here for 6 years and they NEVER disappoint. It’s so hard finding a nail salon that is consistently good. I recommend this place to all of my friends! They are very professional and particular, they take their time and will make sure your nails are absolutely perfect before you leave, even if that means correcting little mistakes. This was my first time going to Rosa Nails and after reading the reviews I thought I would be happier than I was after my appointment. The shop is beautiful but the nail techs did not seem very attentive to the clients. I went with my friend and we had scheduled an appointment for 6 but had to wait a while once we got there because they only had two of four people who were able to do acrylic nails. They had other people that came in every 15 minutes saying they had appointment as well and they had to wait a while too. The nail tech seemed very rushed and uninterested in what she was doing while doing my nails. When I told her what I wanted before she started she said she would do it but then when she finished the main color she got up right away and started working on another customer. I had to ask her if she would come back and do the hearts like I wanted and then she quickly and sloppily did this “heart” on my nail. My friend’s nail tech also did the oil on her cuticles and a lotion hand massage and my nail tech didn’t do either to me. I am not happy with how it turned out and I wish they would’ve been more attentive to me as a paying customer. Maybe it was just an off day but I wish I would’ve liked this place more.
